If the Trump administration can do this to him, they can do it to anyone - including green card holders and citizens.

Background
Andry Hernández Romero is a gay makeup artist who was applying for asylum in California after fleeing persecution in Venezuela for his sexuality and political views. His attorney says he followed the rules and did everything right. When he arrived, he was detained at the Otay Mesa Detention Center in California. He was scheduled for an asylum hearing on March 13. But when the hearing came, he didn’t appear. He had been disappeared to CECOT without his lawyers knowing. He was wrongly identified as a gang member by a corrupt former cop (now ICE agent) and disappeared to CECOT without any due process. He is not alone. Hundreds of other migrants have been wrongfully sent to CECOT without a hearing.
We need Senator Padilla and Senator Schiff to follow Senator Van Hollen’s actions. Call both of their offices and ask them to show up for California residents and values by going to El Salvador’s CECOT to check on Andry Hernández Romero, who has been wrongfully disappeared to the mega-prison.
