Voting rights and democracy itself are under legal and mob assault in ways we have not seen since the Jim Crow era of the last century. Therefore, I urge you to do everything in your power to defend democracy in America by abolishing or reforming the filibuster and pressuring your Senate colleagues so that those two bills can be enacted into law.
