Tell your Senators - Vote NO on new Director of National Intelligence and Court Nominees
Senator Dianne Feinstein
SF Office: (415) 393-0707
DC Office: (202) 224-3841
LA Office: (310) 914-7300
Fresno Office: (559) 485-7430
San Diego Office: (619) 231-9712
If you can't get through to one office, try another. There is no benefit to calling one office over another. Leaving a voicemail is as good as reaching a live person. Hate the phone? Resistbot is your friend.
Senator Kamala Harris
SF Office: (415) 981-9369
DC Office: (202) 224-3553
Sacramento Office: (916) 448-2787
LA Office: (213) 894-5000
San Diego Office: (619) 239-3884
Call the SF office first, but try the other offices if you can’t get through. If you can’t get a live person, leave a voicemail and also send a follow-up email written in your own words. Hate the phone? Resistbot is your friend.
Note: Due to shelter-in-place orders during the Covid-19 emergency, it may be more effective to use email or Resistbot to contact the MoC’s office. It is important to use your own words in emails to elected officials, but feel free to use our sample script below as a guide.

I am calling to urge the Senator to vote NO on John Ratcliffe for Director of National Intelligence, and to vote NO and vocally oppose Justin Walker for DC Circuit Court of Appeals and Cory Wilson for 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
These nominees are extremist, hyper-partisan, and the Republican Senators pushing them through in a time of crisis is unconscionable. Please do everything in your power to prevent these nominees from being approved.
Background
In the midst of a pandemic, Republican Senate Majority Leader is forcing Senate to convene in person to push through a series of unqualified, hyperpartisan nominees to American courts, and to enable Trump’s choice of loyalists to such critical positions as the Director of National Intelligence. Our Senators must do everything in their power to prevent these nominees from being seated to positions of power.

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” – Martin Luther King.
Today we are confronted with the most dangerous political-constitutional crisis since the depths of the Great Depression of the 1930s and the rise of domestic fascism. And if Trump/Musk are not stopped, American democracy will face the gravest threat since the slave-holder rebellion of the Civil War.
