No Kings 3 volunteer opportunities

If you want to help ensure that No Kings 3 is the biggest and best yet, you’ve come to the right place! All of these roles require signup through Cryptpad, where you can also find further details.

EVENT MONITOR: (Age 18+) An Event Monitor wears a green or yellow vest, reminds people to stay off the street, and monitors the event for escalations. Our event monitors will stand on intersections or at specific locations at Civic Center Plaza and Embarcadero Plaza to direct marchers and block traffic if needed. Most volunteers WILL NOT walk with the March but will be stationary. You will be working with our safety team leads, and in a buddy system. Your lead will have a radio. All training and materials provided.

FLANKER: A Flanker wears a red vest, walks on the edges of the march handing out flyers to non-marchers, and answers questions about the event to people on the street. All training and materials provided.

EVENT AMBASSADOR: An Ambassador will help direct people and answer questions.

BANNER CARRIER: A Banner Carrier walks at the front of our contingent, helping carry our banner.

MEDIC: A street medic that walks with the march or will be stationed at Civic Center Plaza. You will be given a radio. (Street medic, EMT or other medical training required.)

CIVIC CENTER & FULTON PLAZA CLEANUP: Cleanup the Civic Center & Fulton Plaza areas after the end of ther rally. Bags and gloves will be provided.

GRIP/HELPER: This person will help with carrying and moving boxes as well as help with set-up or break-down tasks. Must be able to safely carry up to 25 lbs short distances.
