An independent judiciary makes America great!

  • Tell SCOTUS: Uphold your oath to the Constitution! Write a letter to Chief Justice John Roberts and each of the other eight justices asking each member to uphold their oath to the Constitution.
Sample language: You took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. You took an oath to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same”, emphasizing the loyalty and dedication you must have to the Constitution and the nation. You also took the Judicial Oath, and swore that you would “administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich.” This is no longer about political parties, or right vs left. It’s about right vs WRONG.

  • Write letters of thanks to judges who uphold the Constitution. Every day, courageous judges across the country issue rulings that adhere to the Constitution, regardless of the possibility of retaliation. Let them know that their integrity is seen and valued!
