As you probably know, ICE has expanded its intimidation throughout the Central Valley in the run-up to the midterms. A powerful grassroots, Valley-based movement is taking hold, organized by people of color, to defend the vote of people of color in the Valley. Folks in the Bay Area are being asked to join this voter-protection effort by volunteering one to four days in the Central Valley, leading up to Election Day. This is critically important work that goes to the heart of our democracy.
