Thursdays from 12-1pm, join Spiritual Friends Sangha to ground in meditation on the steps of City Hall, in response to the ongoing tragedies, too many to list. But here are a few.
The January ICE murder of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old mother of 3, in Minneapolis, is just the latest in a long line of offenses. Not one more! There have already been many deaths and atrocities. Let's let our community (and the local government) know we stand for love, not hate!
Augusta, a lay ordained member of Thich Nat Hanh's Order of Interbeing, will lead a 20 minute, minimally guided meditation, followed by a supportive gathering to connect, as desired. All who wish to ground in peace are welcome.
