Virtual Campaign Office: Phone bank for Christy Smith and Elizabeth Romero for May 12th Special Election

In partnership with NARAL: Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, no physical campaign offices are open and campaigns are not able to host traditional doorknocking canvasses to turn out voters for California's May 12th special election. That's why NARAL is opening up our first ever Virtual Campaign Office for phonebanking for two champions for reproductive freedom!

In California District 25, current Assemblymember Christy Smith is running for the Congressional seat vacated by Katie Hill, who flipped the seat from red to blue in 2018. She's up against an extreme anti-choice opponent, Mike Garcia, and we need to keep this seat in pro-choice hands. Additionally, Elizabeth Romero is in a special runoff in State Senate District 28 and has an opporunity to flip a seat long-held by anti-choice Senators.
