Juneteenth Rally on Inequities of Black City Workers

  • San Francisco City Hall Steps on Polk (Dr Carlton Goodlett Place) (map)

How can SF be a progressive city when the top paid classification of Black city workers in SF make $67,000 compared to white worker city workers at $150,000?

Join us on Juneteenth to demand change at City Hall. Juneteenth commemorates the June 19, 1865, announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas, and more generally the emancipation of enslaved Black folks.
