Prop 10 is a California state measure on the ballot this November to REPEAL COSTA HAWKINS, the law currently in place that forbids cities from expanding rent control. The rent is too damn high, and Costa Hawkins needs to go! Unfortunately, we're up against big money landlord and real estate interests, which is where you come in.
