Yes on Prop 10 - The Affordable Housing Act - is the BIGGEST statewide measure to protect tenants in decades. It will repeal the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act – an outdated state law passed by the real estate lobby to undermine local tenant protections. San Francisco deserves the right to update our rent control laws and stabilize our communities!
Yes on Prop C - Our City Our Home - is the BIGGEST local measure to seriously address homelessness in decades. It will tax the richest corporations to fund housing and services for our homeless neighbors.
