Guided by our vision for an inclusive & equitable tech industry, TWC organizes to build worker power through rank & file self-organization and education. We are a coalition of workers in and around the tech industry, labor organizers, community organizers, and friends. We work in solidarity with existing movements towards social justice, workers' rights, and economic inclusion. We’re a democratically structured, all-volunteer, and worker-led organization.

Hand in Hand: The Domestic Employers Network Sanctuary Homes training, 6pm-7:30pm
Across our city, immigrant communities are facing racial profiling and the real threat of ICE abduction, regardless of immigration status. This includes immigrant domestic workers who care for our families while supporting their own. People who hire nannies, house cleaners, caregivers, and gardeners have a unique role to play in keeping our communities safe. This training educates domestic employers and allies about immigrant & domestic worker rights. Participants will leave the training well on their way to building an emergency plan with the workers in their home.

Nuevo Sol
Find out where day laborers and other immigrant workers in your community are at risk of harassment and arrest. Go there and commit to showing up regularly. Be present. Be consistent. Build relationships and offer protection. Stand beside immigrants in the face of injustice—peacefully, powerfully, with love and care. We don’t need to feed their violence, we need to build community. Remember: Solo el pueblo salva al pueblo. Only the people save the people. That has always been true—and never more than now.

Ongoing: California Clean Money Campaign
Volunteer as a Clean Money Rapid Responder: We are leading the statewide effort to pass the California Fair Elections Act, a proposition on the November ballot to allow public funding of campaigns at the state and local level everywhere in California -- to empower voters, not Big Donors!
To beat Big Money, we need Clean Money supporters like you to boost our impact on social media and to let your friends and networks know when there are crucial actions to take. Sign up as a Clean Money Rapid Responder and get occasional alerts at key times to forward our special email messages to your friends or email list, or to share and like our posts on Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter/X (which many elected officials are still on). Because of social media algorithms these easy actions make a huge difference!
Materials for Download: Print the materials on this page to help you reach out to others to support the California Fair Elections Act on the November 2026 ballot to repeal the ban on public financing of campaigns so elections are won, not bought!
