You should write letters to the editor
Media coverage of the protests in one part of the country had been dismal, so some of the protesters there wrote letters-to-the-editor to their local newspapers and TV stations, calling them out for their failure to inform the public of the protest results. You can, too!

Trump's attacks on the media in his first two months in office
We’re nearly two months into the second Trump regime, and like other wanna-be dictators (such as Viktor Orbán, as chronicled in Democracy Noir), he’s been taking seriously concerning actions to curb press freedom in the United States to put the American people in the dark about his administration’s misdeeds.

Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi is defunding the police
We were more than a little bit surprised to see Trump’s new attorney general, Pam Bondi, take action to defund local police this week, as part of the Administration’s ideological crusade against sanctuary cities like San Francisco. This isn’t quite what defunding proponents wanted, and we certainly won’t hail her as a racial-justice hero for an action motivated by anti-immigrant ideology. Nonetheless, her move to withhold federal funding for public safety in sanctuary cities does count as defunding local police—an interesting move from someone nominally in law enforcement.
Ideologic Frenzy? Meeting a Deadline? Both?
One way to view Trump/Musk's ruthless trample, slash, and destroy assault on the non-defense half of the federal government is as the vicious hubris of ideologic fanaticism. But there's also a deeper strategy to their frenzy.

Trump's Administrative Coup Threatens Our Health and Safety
