ISF and IEB gather for a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day March
On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, about 150 (securely masked) people gathered in SOMA/downtown to demand "no celebration without legislation" from President Biden and our senators. We marched from the Caltrain station, across the 3rd St. bridge near Giants stadium, and over to the MLK memorial at Yerba Buena Gardens, where we held a rally and pledged to take more actions like calls to senators. Nancy from Indivisible East Bay led the organizing effort (on the heels of also organizing our highly successful Jan. 6 vigil and protest).
